This Pilates session with Malin is great.
Excellent verbal commands, notes on safety aspects to work what we have to work and relax what needs to be relaxed.
Prior to this session I had some back discomfort due to muscle tension and I felt better in the middle of the workout. The discomfort disappeared. This workout offered a great balance between core mobility and strength. Definitely will come back for more.
Again, well done and thank you surfgirl magazine for offering such high quality workouts.

I thought of this yesterday while on my lunch break walking around Stuttgart. It was before I heard about the passing of Beach Boy Brian Wilson.

Surfing, reaching
Out of control
Mindless nuisances
On parole

Waves blast
Point that breaks
Hands to heads
Gasps “for heavens sakes”

Malibu waikiki
Sunset dwindle
Hit the surf
Life is simple
